Diamonds and packs
What are diamonds?+
Diamonds are Mobile Legends' premium currency. You use them in the in-game shop for heroes, skins, passes, draws and events. Other games have their own currency (UC, Golds, Bonds…); it works the same way here.
What does “86 Diamonds — 78 + 8 Bonus” mean?+
You receive 86 diamonds in total: 78 base diamonds plus 8 bonus diamonds that the game adds to that pack. The big number on each pack is always the total that lands in your account.
What are Double Diamonds?+
A first-purchase offer from the game: the first time you buy each of these packs, the game gives you the same amount again as bonus (for example 50 + 50). Each pack's double bonus can be claimed once; the game sometimes resets it during events. If your account already used a pack's double bonus, you still get the base diamonds — check the in-game shop to see which doubles are still available to you.
What is the Weekly Diamond Pass?+
A low-cost pass that gives you some diamonds straight away and more each day for 7 days when you log in and claim them. It's usually the best value per rupee if you play daily. Claim the daily diamonds in-game — unclaimed days can be lost. The exact amounts and how many passes you can stack are set by the game and shown in its shop.
What are Bundles and passes (Twilight Pass, Elite Bundle…)?+
Special in-game packages from the game, like a monthly pass, skins or limited bundles. What you get is exactly what the game's shop lists for that item. Some are limited per account (for example once a week); if your account already has it, the purchase is rejected and refunded to your wallet.
What is a Combo?+
Two or more of our packs sold together for one price — for example 257 + 86 = 343 diamonds. They're delivered one after another to the same account, usually within seconds.
Which pack is the best value?+
Packs with a bigger bonus give more diamonds per rupee. Double Diamonds (if still available on your account) and the Weekly Pass are usually the cheapest per diamond.
Buying
Where do I find my User ID and Zone ID?+
In Mobile Legends, tap your profile picture (top-left). The number shown is your User ID and the number in brackets is your Zone ID, e.g. 123456789 (1234).
Why do you check the player name?+
So you can confirm the top-up goes to the right account before paying. If the name can't be checked you can still buy after confirming the ID — if delivery then fails, the full amount goes back to your wallet automatically.
I entered the wrong ID+
Once delivered, the game can't move diamonds to another account, so please always check the name we show before paying. If the order hasn't been delivered yet, contact us from the order's Help button straight away.
Why can't some accounts be topped up?+
The game publisher restricts top-ups for accounts from some regions. If your account isn't supported, the order is rejected and refunded to your wallet.
Do I need an account?+
Yes — it keeps your orders, receipts and wallet in one place and lets us refund to you instantly if anything goes wrong.
Payment
How can I pay?+
Scan the QR with any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, FamPay, BHIM and others — or pay from your Ryuk Games wallet.
Why must I pay the exact amount?+
Our system matches each payment to its order automatically by the exact amount. A different amount can't be matched automatically; it's held for review and credited to your wallet.
I paid but it still says waiting+
Most payments are confirmed within a minute. Keep the order page open or come back to it later — it checks again automatically. If it's been more than 15 minutes, use the Help button on the order and send your UPI reference number.
Can I see prices in dollars?+
Yes — use the ₹ / $ switch on the game page. Dollar prices are a guide at ₹93 = $1; you always pay in rupees by UPI.
Delivery, wallet and refunds
How long does delivery take?+
Usually a few seconds after your payment is confirmed. Rarely the game is slow to answer; then our team checks it and either completes or refunds it.
It says delivered but I can't see it+
Close and reopen the game, then check your diamond balance and in-game mail. Make sure you're on the same account as the ID in the order. Still missing after 30 minutes? Use the order's Help button.
How do refunds work?+
If an order can't be delivered, the full amount goes back to your Ryuk Games wallet, usually automatically. See the Refund Policy for details.
How does the wallet work?+
Add money once by UPI and pay for top-ups instantly without scanning a QR each time. Refunds land there too. Your balance is shown at the top of every page.
Do you have reseller prices?+
Yes — apply here. Approved resellers see lower prices on every pack.
