Terms of Service

Ryuk Games is an independent store that sells digital game top-ups (like diamonds or credits) and delivers them automatically through our supply partner. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any game publisher. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners.

• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Give accurate details and keep your login secure. You're responsible for purchases made from your account.
• One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. The price at checkout is final; prices may change for future orders.
• You must enter the correct player ID and zone/server. We show the in-game name when the game provider returns it. Check it before paying. Top-ups delivered to the ID you entered can't be reversed.
• Pay the exact amount shown. A payment with a different amount isn't delivered and is handled under our Refund Policy.
• Most orders arrive within seconds; some may take longer if the game provider is slow.
• Some packs (weekly or monthly passes) can only be bought a limited number of times per game account. If the provider refuses, you're refunded to your wallet.

The wallet holds store credit for buying on Ryuk Games. It's not a bank account, earns no interest, can't be transferred, and is paid out only as described in the Refund Policy. We may correct obvious errors (like a duplicate credit).

Approved resellers get reseller prices. We can review, change or withdraw reseller status, for example after chargebacks or misuse.

• Use stolen payment methods, or raise false disputes or chargebacks.
• Try to manipulate prices, payments, wallets or orders, or probe, scrape or attack the website.
• Use the service for anything illegal or against a game's own rules.

We may cancel orders, hold wallet balances under investigation, suspend accounts and report fraud to the authorities.

We deliver what you pay for, or refund it as our Refund Policy says. We're not responsible for what game publishers do with your game account (bans, resets, region rules, maintenance). As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
